On Friday’s “Oprah Winfrey Show,” Janet Jackson spoke out about how she felt about Dr. Conrad Murray, the guy who has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter charges tied to her famous brother Michael Jackson’s death.
Asked by Oprah if she blames Murray, Michael’s former personal physician, for his death, Janet said “Yes, I actually do. He’s the one that was was administering the drug, from what I actually do know.” Michael Jackson died of acute Propofol intoxication last June.
She said the Jackson family members knew that their brother had a issue with drugs prior to his death. Janet revealed the King of Pop’s siblings attempted at several to force their brother into rehab.
Janet admits they tried many interventions in an attempt guide him – unfortunately Michael wouldn’t accept that he had a problem.
In an special interview with Oprah Winfrey, that will air in America on Friday April 9, 2010, Jackson tells Oprah, “All of us tried it a numerous number of times however Michael was really a lot in denial.”
